A space for yourself
When we experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement, work-related problems, health concerns or life-transitions, we can feel very disempowered, lonely and, sometimes, at loss. We ask ourselves why and how things became the way they are, and what we can do to feel differently. Friends or family might be around, but we might feel unable to tell them what is happening to us. Sometimes, we might even be unable to formulate it within ourselves.
I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space, as a trained professional and as a human being to discuss and explore your personal concerns.
My aim is to promote and support your psychological and emotional wellbeing and to help you make sense of your unique life experience.
Sessions last 50 minutes. They take place weekly on the same day and time.

The nature of personal issues will generally determine the number of sessions you want to engage with. You can decide if you prefer to work on a short or long-term basis. The latter usually brings a more in-depth type of exploration.
I suggest to meet initially for 6 sessions, following which we review our work together and decide how to proceed. You might want to continue with a determined number of sessions or leave the work open-ended.
The first two or three sessions generally involve an assessment of the circumstances and we will discuss what you expect from it. We will also see if and how we can work together, and I will give you some more information about my frame of practice. You are very welcome to ask any question and share your first impressions.
