DESCRIPTION:Saturday 18th March 2023 – Spring Equinox\n@ 4 pm ECT (Rome) / 3 pm GMT (London)\nWhere: Zoom\nDuration: 2 Hours\nLanguage: English  (Participants who understand English but don’t speak it fluently welcome) \nDescription\nIn this first circle of the year 2023\, we will explore various themes that the arrival of Spring evokes: the return of light and the power of the Sun; awakening; emergence; initiation; rebirth. We will look at some of these themes through experiential exercises\, visualisations and work in pairs\, eliciting the connections and mirroring of our inner Springtime with the outer one. We will also connect to Nature directly\, attuning to the teachings of plants and birds in their dual role as active representatives of Spring and – at the same time – as witnesses of it. \nHow to prepare and what to bring:\nYou are invited to regularly observe a specific plant\, flower or tree (it can be as little as 1 minute a day) over several days before the event. As you do this\, you are invited to pay attention to a specific bird you can spot or hear in your surroundings. SUMMARY:Winter's Story - Winter Solstice
DESCRIPTION:As we move closer to the threshold of 2023\, this workshop is an opportunity to take some quiet time and sit in a virtual circle to listen to Winter’s story from your dreamscape – the timeless landscape of imagination and dreams. What kind of story is narrated there? What do you hear and what does it have to tell you about the year that is about to end? \nIn this deeply personal and yet shared experience of connection to yourself and year 2022\, we will walk around the rim of the Wheel of the Four directions to link your lived\, tangible experiences of the year with your timeless Self. We will borrow the ancient tool of the Wheel – known across cultures and eras as a way of life – to uncover some hidden meanings\, find guidance and establish personal connections with Nature\, both as a physical reality and as a dimension inside yourselves. \nThis is the first of a series of workshops that will be offered in 2023 as we follow the path of the Sun through the cycle of the seasons. You are welcome to participate to one\, some or all the workshops. The series is open to all\, and no previous experience or knowledge of the Wheel of the Four directions is required.
