There is a place we visit every night, yet rarely pause to explore: the world of dreams. As we sleep, we enter inner landscapes shaped by images, symbols, and stories. In this series of workshops, we will explore dream images, characters, and narratives together, learning simple and respectful ways to enter into dialogue with what appears in your dreams, and to use these insights to deepen your understanding of yourself.
