There is a place we visit every night, yet rarely pause to explore: the world of dreams. As we sleep, we enter inner landscapes shaped by images, symbols, and stories. These dreams are not random or meaningless; they reflect and deepen our waking lives, offering insight into how we feel, what we are living through, and what may be changing.
Dreams can be understood as practical guides. They help us orient ourselves through emotions, questions, life transitions, and creative processes, often expressing what is difficult to articulate during the day.
Working with dreams is a practice that can be learnt. Like any place, dreams become more meaningful when we know how to pay attention to them and engage with them as living inner territories. When approached this way, they become sources of clarity, perspective, and support in daily life.
In this series of workshops, we will explore dream images, characters, and narratives together, learning simple and respectful ways to enter into dialogue with what appears in your dreams, and to use these insights to deepen your understanding of yourself.
You will develop skills to:
- Translate dreams into practical resources, applying them to creativity, personal well-being, and personal growth.
- Listen to and interpret dreams consciously, recognizing symbols, emotions, and recurring themes.
- Harness the transformative potential of dreaming, using it as a guide through times of change and personal redefinition.
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with your inner world, strengthening intuition, reflective capacities, and self-regulation.
