  • Fifth circle: The Bear (Ursa Major Constellation, visible in May)

    Zoom

Ursa Major (or the Great Bear) is one of the largest constellations visible in the Northern sky in May. Its seven main stars form what has been called the 'Big Dipper', the 'Plough' and the 'Wagon', among other things.
What does a Bear evoke for us? Who is this great animal living in the sky and also inhabiting our Earth? How can some stories and myths about it channel qualities and images that link the above with the below, resonating in turn within us?

  • Forth circle The Crow (Corvus Constellation, visible in April)

    Zoom

Crows are extraordinary creatures: intelligent, adaptable, and mysterious. They are capable of using tools, solving problems, and communicating in complex ways. How do the qualities of the Crow reflect within us? Which parts of its nature resonate with us, and how do they guide us through life? As we gaze upon the stars that form this bird in the night sky, what lessons and inspirations can we draw from it?

  • Third circle The Bull (Taurus Constellation, visible in March)

    Zoom

The Taurus constellation is one of the largest and more prominent constellations in the Northern hemisphere, a point of reference for humanity since immemorial time.

How is the Bull resonating in our imagination and in our fantasies as we look up in the March sky? What are the qualities and powers that this animal carries, and how does it become a guiding symbol for us today? We will link what we know of this ancient constellation to its earthy animal counterpart, and explore personal ways to use its energies and resources.

  • Second circle The Rabbit (Lepus Constellation, visible in February)

    Zoom

In the February sky, not far from the great hunter Orion and his two dogs, the Lepus' constellation shines with its brightest star, Alpha Leporis, anciently known as Arneb - 'The Hare', in Arabic.  One could choose to consider the most common view, which sees the Hare as running away, chased by Orion and his two dogs. Or else, one could wonder: ... Read more

  • First Circle: The Greater Dog (Canis Major, visible in January)

    Zoom

In the January sky, the constellation of Canis Major stands as a silent sentinel over our long, cold nights. If we look closely, an extraordinary dog leaps from the darkness, tail wagging, happy to be seen. What does this dog, watching us from above, have to tell us—sometimes calm and faithful, other times energetic and ... Read more

  • Last night I dreamt of… an animal! – Winter Solstice

    Zoom

As we enter Winter time, we will go in a place of retreat and rest, following and mirroring the language of nature. We will access our dreamscapes, and let ourselves be guided by images and dream experiences emerging from there, hence transcending literal and tangible reality.

    €10 – €20
  • The water of the Magical Child – Summer Solstice

    Zoom

With the arrival of Summer, the energy of the Sun is at its most powerful, and nature around us speaks about manifestation, maturity and ripening. Many people experience a strong, powerful and very tangible connection with the material world during this period, and the experience of embodiment changes as our senses become engaged more intensely. Which memories do you have of your Summer holidays as a child? And what makes Summer ‘Summer’ for you today? By remembering the child we once were, we will connect to a special place inside ourselves, where the Magical Child lives. We will listen to the teachings of the Sea/Ocean through a creative/fun activity that will help us find gifts and resources for our most mature/adult side. Through visualisations we will also consider the role of trust, courage and playfulness in our lives.

    €10 – €20
  • Awakening like plants do… and birds witness – Spring Equinox

    Zoom

In this first circle of the year 2023, we will explore various themes that the arrival of Spring evokes: the return of light and the power of the Sun; awakening; emergence; initiation; rebirth. We will look at some of these themes through experiential exercises, visualisations and work in pairs, eliciting the connections and mirroring of our inner Springtime with the outer one. We will also connect to Nature directly, attuning to the teachings of plants and birds in their dual role as active representatives of Spring and - at the same time - as witnesses of it.

    €10 – €20
  • Winter’s Story – Winter Solstice

    Zoom

As we move closer to the threshold of 2023, this workshop is an opportunity to take some quiet time and sit in a virtual circle to listen to Winter’s story from your dreamscape – the timeless landscape of imagination and dreams. What kind of story is narrated there? What do you hear and what does it ... Read more
