The Place of Dreams: a winter journey of insight and listening
This winter, you are invited to step into a surprising and often overlooked place: dreams. Dreams are not just fleeting nighttime images, but coded messages and symbolic landscapes that amplify our waking experiences and reveal aspects of ourselves yet to be discovered. They are precious maps, capable of shedding light on emotions, questions, life transitions, and creative possibilities.
Just like places we walk during the day, dreams are a territory to explore: a living space full of suggestions and insights, waiting to be noticed and listened to.
If you are curious to venture into this realm, we will explore together images, characters, and narratives, learning how to engage in dialogue with what has emerged in your dream places.
In this workshop, you will develop skills to:
- Listen to and interpret dreams consciously, recognizing symbols, emotions, and recurring themes.
- Harness the transformative potential of dreaming, using it as a guide through times of change and personal redefinition.
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with your inner world, strengthening intuition, reflective capacities, and self-regulation.
- Translate dreams into practical resources, applying them to creativity, personal well-being, and personal growth.

Participation:
Limited to 8 participants per session. You can join a single morning or the full series. The workshops are bilingual, in Italian and English.
